Very happy with the service, but error on the webpage "internal server error" for French & English internet browsers and lack-of/late communication updates after order is paid and when order is sent both severely harm the global feeling.
In my opinion, putting a little bit of investment by improving your website should bring more customers and deals.
My 2 cents and a few tips :
1) Correct Error when the site detecs the internet browser language :
First time i came from google while searching for a specific watch, the error "internal server error" stoped me, i thought that google sent me to an abandoned webshop/business and searched elsewhere.
As i absolutely wanted the model i was looking for, i went back manually to your webshop and selected "espanol" as language and manually searched for the watch i was looking for. Google chrome helped me translating the webpage from Spanish to English so i managed to go through the purchase process.
Anyway, the error appearing for French/English on the website is definitely a show-stopper for foreign purchaser.
2) Show you're still alive and kicking : Update your references "OPINAN" and add twitter/Facebook posts to your landing page OR subscribe and include "Trustpilot-like section on your landing page.
You should at least display "nuestro clientes opinan" with a date from 2017/2016 but not 2015 - My advice would be to include a service like "Trustpilot" or alike ( but trustpilot is knew internationally).
OR
- Insert a section with latest twitters/Facebook posts on your landing page, so customers can see that you are "alive"
Why ? :
It is very hard from the webpage to know whether your business is still active or closed, or a scam (because of the error when landing on your webpage for french/ English people and because when searching for feedbacks o, google most of these are from 2014 or 2015 at least.)
3) Make Order and Shipping status more alive and more "realtime"
You should update the order status with something like "processing" after payment has been accepted and order has been given to the joyerias to procure the ordered good, So the customer is kept aware that the order is ok and is being processed.
Yesterday night, the order was still showing (paid/pending), i could not figure if i had sent money to a ghost/finished business or if this was a real alive business processing orders.
Early this morning the Fedex courrier rang at my door to deliver the packet, but i received emails about shipping only the afternoon which was too late.
On an ideal case scenario, the shipping alert must been sent to the customer in very early time following the physical shipping, so they may track and organise themselves to be present or giver alternative instructions to the courrier company for when the shipment arrive at their home.
Anyway, i am very happy with your service, i just think that you could improve your earnings by debugging/ improving your webshop inner workings / refreshing your reputation / And add a little more of "real time order processing and status feedback".
